How do I place an order?
Add the items you're interested in to your cart, then complete your secure online payment . You'll immediately receive a confirmation email .
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A confirmation email is automatically sent after payment is validated. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us promptly so we can process your request.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, only before shipment . Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer modify it.
If your order has already been shipped, contact the carrier listed in your tracking information directly to try to arrange for redirection or collection from a pickup point. Available options depend on their policy and the package's status.

Delivery, times and returns
What are the delivery times?
Express: delivery within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Standard: delivery within 3 to 5 business days .
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship to all countries in the European Union as well as to French overseas departments and territories. Shipping costs are calculated on the payment page after you enter your address.
